Getting my SD Retic

I will be getting my first Super Dwarf Retic. I called Garrick (crestedgecko)and was getting some info on some normal crossed with Sd. To my dissapointment they still would be to big for what i wanted. Since i had no plans on breeding. This would be a pet only. He offered me Sd That had a eye problem. His one eye was smaller and discolored. So i had him send me a pic knowing that i would get him no matter what. So he sent the pic and even with a smaller black colored eye he looked so sweet. So i email him back and told him I would take him. So i will be getting the little guy next week . I am so looking forward to getting him.

Aww, congratulations. :) Definitely put up some pictures when you get him. How big will he get to be?

I will post some after i get him. He should get around 6 ft.

Awesome! I got my 50% SD from Garrick and will probably be doing more business with him in the next few months :D

Congrats-our SD is just over 2 years and he is still just under 5 feet. They are awesome retics!!!

How old he/she and how long is he/she. I was going to get on 50% Sd but with the possibility of it get over 10 feet kind of turned me off.

We got him just over a month ago. Most people we've talked to are estimating 8-9' 10' tops. But nobody knows for sure. I love him though!

The little guy will be shipped out Monday. I cant wait. I just finsing up his encloser to night I hope. Then tomorrow off to the taylor show in michingan. I have to pick up some snake chow. I hope i don't come home with any new arrivals well at least my wife hopes i don't. but who knows. snakes are like women once you have one you have to have them all.LOL Just kidding.

Q about SDs: how old is the oldest CBB one in captivity? These guys were imported fairly recently, right?

Well I have to wait a couple of weeks now before i get him. We had to hold off on shipping do the wounderful cold weather.:(
