just curious if there were signs for this? i've never seen my buddy licking droplets off the leaves or sipping out of his dish

They usually do this at night when nobody is around. I mist mine once in the morning and once at night. Make sure they have a water bowl to drink from if they need it. Most of the water they need they get from their food. But i have seen mine drink from the water dish a couple times.
