boaphile..... Worth the wait?

I am really intrested in one of the boaphile racks, but thewait is so long. I'm just wondering if its worth the wait. I mean the rack is so nice looking( its the one with the chrome handles and clear tubs). And please tell me if there is a rack like this somewhere else!

They are nice racks, but not worth the wait personally. Customer service could use some work as well:weirdface. Freedom breeder is the BOMB though.

I have actually heard that a lot of people prefer the RBI stackables.

Boaphiles are nice. I've seen them in person but don't own any myself.

The reason I would pass is the horror stories I have heard regarding the customer service. As an outside observer, it seems to me that there a handful of people who have been buying from him for years that will report that they got their product quickly- sometimes a week or two.

The majority of things I read are the opposite though. If I were to order a Boaphile product, I would not expect to see it for 8 weeks.

Ive ordered from Ron before and he responds and gives you answers. You just have to understand he is not a big production cage company that makes a lot a time, which would be nice if he had a stock system. They have lives too ya know. hahaha...

In my opinion....

AP is best, but if you like Boaphile better than go with it just dont expect to get it in a month. Order in advance.

They are great company/businesses.

I really like the RBI cages, but the tubs from boaphile are so much nicer, and I get 6 more slots for 100 dollars more at boaphile....this is a tough decition! Or I can just make my own with some nice melamine....Jeesh. Does anyone know where I can find tubs lik the ones he is selling at boaphile?Thanks Guys!

I've had a few RBI racks and loved them, and Rich is a good guy.

Although I just ordered a rack from Jeff at Boaphiles and he said it would ship in three weeks from the date I ordered, if it comes to me a little later I'm not to bothered by it just because I don't need it as soon as it comes in.
I've read a lot on how they take a while to get but if I was you and went with boaphile just order it a few weeks ahead of when you would normally order a rack and you'll be fine.
Also Jeff was quick to reply with my emails which was nice.
