Is this guy normal?

Was getting ready to put the snakes back into there cages at work after feeding them and noticed this guy. Dont know how I have never noticed him before. When I saw him he looked alittle different. His pattern is broke up alittle and he didnt have the alien heads running all down his side so I figured I would take some pics and post them on here to see what you guys thought.

Yes, he's a "normal" but there are, like, three types of normals: reduced pattern, regular, and super-spotty which is supposedly called jungle patterned. Yours would classify as a reduced pattern. :)

So its still worth the same price right?

That's a reduced pattern normal... I still don't get why people always think they have "found" something from Petco snakes hahaha... I mean it happens very rarely but I mean come on haha... :rolleyes:

Anywho your snake is worth probably less than you bought it from Petco, but he is gorgeous nonetheless...

Agreed! You can get a captive bred and established animal with a similar pattern for half of what petco has him priced at;)

I know they charge like $80 or $90.... RIDICULOUS!!! I would NEVER pay that much for a Petco Ball Python... Imagine how stressed they are... the one by my house has like 7 in there at once! Poor little guys!:(

ya i was just at petco about two or three weeks ago. They had about 5-6 in there. one or two of them where half dead. The corn snakes had mites and some other kind of insect( look kind of like pinhead crickets) not for sure though. it was sicking.

I didnt buy it thats for sure. I worked there and that was just one of them there. I bought my Ball for $20 from a breeder I trust. Petco takes horrible care of most animals. I tried my best to take care of them when I was there but that wasnt my job and I got yelled at. Ya he had stuck eye caps but I dont like to take them off. I sprayed him down and they were off the next day.
