I did some searches and came up with nothing so far.. Sorry to hear what happened though. I will check with some people I know that work in hospitals to see if they know of anything like that.. My brothers an emt and another friend is a nurse. They may know something that I am not finding on line

The hospital and physical therapy team ought to be able to help with suggestions.

My thoughts go out to your brother and yourself and family. Life can be very challenging at times... watch for windows to open.

I am so sorry to hear this!
My neighbor is a paraplegic as well. My brother-in-law's brother is also paraplegic. My old boss is quadraplegic. The CIO of my previous job is blind. So, I have a lot of interaction with people with disabilities. Unfortunately, I'm in Florida...

But, these might help you in Michigan:
help with funding and support group:
    www.michigan.gov/csnfund

another one, although they specialize in developmentally disabled, they might have information on victims of accidental paralysis:
    www.csdd.org

This one may help with job placement, etc:
    www.dcilmi.org
    www.disabilityconnect.org (in Jackson, MI)

    Hope this helps!
