Just curious, what made you think that was a YB?

As a comparison, here's my boy and what I think of when I think "yellowbelly" - clean belly and clear flames. (note: the sheet in the background is an offwhite and the colors are fairly accurate)

Nope - not a YB. They're so affordable these days - why not just pick one up that you know for sure is one?
