Am I the only one who thinks/thought the hype was a bit much?

I haven't seen the movie but I've read the book. I heard from others who loved the book that the movie was kind of a waste of time. But we'll see. I'll have to check it out anyways!

Horrible movie!! doesnt depict any features of the books and makes me wanna go see transporter3 just to get twilight out of my head. this was more of a vampire movie for 10 year olds. i actually had 2 grandmothers next to me in the movie theater laughing and talking crap about the movie because they thought it was so bad, and i couldnt help but laugh since they were laughing and we laughed through the whole movie.

my wife druged me to see it she hated it so did i but yeah i felt werid to i was like the oldest person there half the teeny boppers where old enough to be my kids and i was the only guy :colbert:

Wow, glad I didn't go see it. I wanted to but I guess I'll wait for the DVD. The book is very juvenile so I kind of expected the movie would be too.

I went to go see it with my lady. She is a huge fan and to tell you the truth it wasn't that bad. I think she wants to go see it again tomorrow.

I completely agree! and thats the reason i fougt my friends to not see it... they won so we did and honestly I feel like it took away something from me..I hated it.. I wish they had gotten a dude that actually looked like edward...well what I thought edward looked like from reading the books. IMHOthe movie was aweful and if you hadn'r read the book it was very hard to follow... says my friends.
