Toodie the box turtles new digs!!
i recently got a 20 gal. for my bp. fortunately that left me with an empty tank for toodie. she has a hard time getting in and out of her water dish so i make sure to put her in it and take her back out every day. i found some plastic mesh today that i am going to put in her dish like a ramp. i just have to go buy a hot glue gun tomorrow and glue some heavy rocks to the edges so it will stay down.

i finally tried the tin foil in the screen lid approach. so far, it has kept the humidity in really well and from what i can tell, it's keeping the heat in too.

you like her background? i got it out of a reptiles magazine. the colors match the stuff in her tank.

and here's the inside. sorry it came out so blurry. i tried to put an upside down condiment dish in her water so she can climb out, but she hasn't tried to use it yet. i'll put the wire mesh bridge in there tomorrow.
