    Cooling down
I ran into the local snake guy at the flea market yesterday and he asked if my pair had bred yet. i said no and he asked if i have been cooling them and i told him i had been dropping to 75 degrees at night.. he told me to let the temp drop to 65 degrees all the time for 1 month then raise them back up. he said all his females lock this way.

So just wondering if this way to safe or a good way to cool them?

65 might be a bit low. With my heaters off the temp drops to 69 and thats as low as i can get it. And it works just fine for me.

I don't cool at all - and the lowest I'd let me temps get would be 75 degrees.

I don't believe the flea market would be where I'd go for advice on any subject! ;)
