    Can you tell how old a python is by their size? I know every ball is different but can you get a general idead by their weight? :snake:

    Sadly, I believe you can not.

    I have a hypo female who is almost at 500g. Other snakes her age are 3x her weight :O I also have a small pastel female who is quite a bit smaller than other snakes her age.

    dang :/ someone left a male ball python in a box by my friends house. It amazed me that it was still alive considering how cold it is right now :weirdface and we are trying to figure out how old he is, and how much we should feed him.

    If it were me, I'd weigh him and then feed 10-15% of the body weight, up to about 80-100g prey size.

    i have no idea how much she weighs (not very much) but shes like 2 feet long
