Cute Cu Incident

I must say this... cute.... I just took a shower and when I came back to my bedroom, my BP Cu was out of her hide 1/2 way. Her upper neck was resting on the side of her water bowl, and the very tip of her nose was in the water. It was very cute. At first I was scared because she wasn't moving, so I rapped on the glass and she jerked her head up. I think she was sleeping. :love:

are you sure she wasnt just getting a drinking?

Yes, she probably was drinking, but I think she fell asleep while drinking, because she didn't notice me until I tapped on the glass. But poor girl, I probably did scare her. :P

my snakes never notice a thing while they drink, and they always look like they are doing nothing. You can tell if they are drinking cuz their jaws will move slightly like a gulping movment, but is very slight so sometimes it looks like nothing.

Mine sleep on the rim of their water bowls all the time. :) Adalae has a pink rock just outside her hide. It's got an upward angle on it, so she rests her head on it most of the time. It props her head up so she can see what's going on outside the tub. It's really cute.
