crested gecko MRP

I'm going to be ordering some more gecko food online. So far I have been feeding my geckos the regular repashy cresty MRP. I have been looking at the 2 part flavored stuff that is available, and am thinking of giving that a try.

Do any of you have a preference for the regular MRP or the 2 part MRP? Do they have the same nutritional value?

Anyone want to suggest a specific flavor that your geckos love?

I prefer the complete CGD, but mostly because it is more convenient. I have used the strawberry and mango flavors of the two part diet and all of my geckos ate it (I do think they liked the strawberry more than the mango though). One thing I didn't like about the two part diet is that it seemed to separate more quickly than the complete diet does, but I'm not sure if that really makes any difference to the geckos.
