    Greenbottle Blue Tarantula (C. cyaneopubescens)
I took some new shots of my 3" Greenbottle Blue. She has quite a bit of growing left to do, but she's getting some amazing colors.

Very VERY nice example of cyaneopubescens. One of my favorite species.

    Excellent photog

Thank you! It's a pity the patterning goes away, but at least the colors stay. :)

They are very fast, faster than my P. irminia (Venezuelan Suntiger). Not really what I'd call aggressive, but she is in no way docile.

I was transferring her to a tub so I could clean her tank, she jumped from her holding tub to the ground...she was out the door, into the hall and back to the far bedroom before I made it to the hall. When I finally had her against the wall, she decided the best route would be up the wall and on the ceiling. They are extremely fast, and they will show those pretty fangs if you upset them too much. She has struck at me a few times, but it's more of a threat...I think. :D
