The Mouse Factory vs Big Cheese

I've Ordered from Mouse factory before and the mice seemed like they were in way better condition than what i bought before from Petco and Petsmart. I've heard that Big Cheese is good too but with cheaper prices on the mice and shipping. Do the Mice in Big Cheese look just as good as the ones from Mouse factory?

I personally have never dealt with TMF, but have heard great things about them. I personally use Big Cheese because they're local for me so I can save on shipping. But even if I moved away, I'd still use them. I'm 100% satisfied with the product form them. You won't go wrong with either.

I'm happy with Big Cheese, though like above I've heard good things about TMF as mell.

I probably will try Big Cheese soon. TMF isn't on my good side at the moment. Even though they delivered very nice frozen mice, They missed a digit on my address and it delayed my order for a couple of hours and when i e-mailed them earlier this week for a quote on mice, i never got a response back!! I thought they had good customer service? :confused:

It is odd that they did not get back to you, even though Edna is terrific and tries her best. Best way to get her is to call....

I've heard good things about both. I chose Big Cheese also for locality. I live 20 minutes from them and that is a big plus. As long as the snakes eat them, I'll buy them :D

So i gave TMF another email attempt and I finally got a response back But i would like to try Big Cheese someday but the fact that they ship 2nd day kinda scares me.

It tried looking up Big Cheese rodent factory but their website seems to be down or are they out of business??? I came across a bunch of stories about people in the neighborhood where they have their factory saying that the smell coming from their business was absolutely terrible. I guess some of them also took them to court over it.

But anyways, I use Rodent Pro for my f/t rats and mice and they've always been great, they ship exactly when they say they will, if they don't have a certain item in stock you know it right away and their shipping prices are not terrible.

I use Big Cheese. They are always giving excellent customer service and the mice have always been excellent. And they continue to better their quality, service, and are always trying to be a good neighbor (a big plus in my book!) Plus it also helps they are about 5 min away from with traffic!
