hi any BP breeders in VT
hi i am new to reptile kingdom have looked online and am trying to be an informed customer but I am sure I don't know half of what i should.

i was at my local petco and then at petsmart about a month ago and i decided i wanted to get a snake. my friends told me it was foolish but here i am still wanting to get a snake...

i have looked online and know not to get one at a local pet store and am thinking about one form rcreptiles i would rather get a bp form a local breeder but i live in burlington VT. does anybody have any experence with bp breeders around VT i would be willing to drive for a good breeder that i could meet. i feel wierd about getting a live animole online without seeing it.

    thanks,
    Chris

Greetings from across the river in NH :)

If you are willing to drive, you might consider a day trip to NERD in Plaistow NH.
If you set it up in advance with them you can get to look at the breeding facility and pick through thousands of balls of every type. That's what I did when I chose/bought my BP and it was a great experience! Kara (the Queen of NERD) even checked my setup for me - which really made everything feel very personalized and set for success!
I got a top quality animal, got to hold it before purchase, got to pick my fave out of thousands, and got first class followup and support from NERD.

Personally I wouldn't go anywhere else :gj:

If it's too far I understand...winter is comin'!!!!!

it's about 2.5 hours for me and what I did was bring a small styrofoam crate to keep the heat loss to a minimum.
If you tell them how long the drive is I am sure they can set you up with something - they do ship snakes all the time so they know what to do.

    Well hello fellow Vermonter!!

NERD is definitely the closest. You cold always find one online, there are many trustworthy breeders, just do your homework on the breeder first!
