    Added plastic vegetation to enclosure
I've had my new ball python (Enzi) for 2 weeks now. He's fed twice and I handled him for around 5 minutes yesterday (first time handling since I got him).

His tank is large so I bought some plastic vegetation to fill the tank out and add more hiding spots. I am wondering if I should continue handling him or if I should leave him alone to get used to the new things.

I'd give him a couple of nights to get re-acquainted with his home before handling him again :)

Agreed. as long as you dont change waterdish placement or hides (something major), then adding some plants shouldnt throw your snake off too much. But leaving him be for a cpl days wouldnt hurt, you may not need the full week or more. But then again it also depends on the snake.

Thanks to both of you. I will be feeding him in 2 days so that should let me know if he's at least willing to eat. Based on that feeding I might choose to handle again 48 hours later.

Even if he refuses to eat I would still wait a couple of days before handling. Refusal is him saying that he's stressed and handling could increase that stress :)
