    Shipping snake question
Im getting ready to ship my snakes and I remember reading somwhere that not feeding them for a certain amount of time will help them withstand hot or cold temps better than a full belly....

How long should I not feed them before shipping? 1 or 2 weeks?

It all depends on the size of the animal and it's ability to handle stress. I normally don't feed 4-5 days before a shipment. If it is a large adult, I would wait a week. Good luck.

Wait for it to pee. When it pees it has digested most of the animal and will probably not regurgitate which I imagine would be why you wouldn't feed them before shipping.
