what should i get?

either a snake, lizard or tortoise.

if you suggest a tortoise or lizard it needs to be able to live in a 8x4x3 cage.
But if its a snake it should stay generally 6 feet or less.

I am partial to snakes, so that would be my vote.

what knid of snake would you suggest

A savannah monitor would do good in a cage that big

Personally I like king snakes a lot. Perhaps a Honduran Milk Snake, a Mexican Black King Snake, an eastern or California King would be nice as well.

would an argus get too big for an 8x4x3

Only you would know what you would find interesting. Go to a big show. That always makes me want stuff.

im in reptile show denial, i dont have a reptile show until april.

ive been talking with my parents and they said id have to wait until the april expo, but i can get something then.

A snake, maybe a Western Hognose snake.
