    Yes...

All will be Pastel, and 50% will also be Mojave, so 50% Pastave

Easy way to do the breakdown

Take the genetics of each morph involved and then branch it

First tier you would have Pastel and since it's a super then when you branch it everything will be pastel (or you could just not branch it if you don't want). The second tier would be your mojave. The mojave is composed of one gene for mojave (grey headed blue eyed leucistic) and one for normal, so you branch it getting normal and mojave.

    Tier 1: _______Pastel -------------------- Pastel________
    ..................|............|......................|............|
    Tier 2: ...Mojave----Normal..............Mojave---Normal

Thus you have the following outcomes: Pastel Mojave, Pastel Normal, Pastel Mojave, Pastel Normal
Combine like terms: Pastel Mojave, Pastel Normal

Since each of the two options is represented the same number of times (2 times each out of 4 total outcomes, 2/4) it's 50% for each.

That's how I do it and you can keep expanding it if you want.

Lets say you take a Firefly and breed it to a Spider. That's a Fire Pastel and a Spider.

Break it down as Fire Pastel Spider, 3 tiers

    Tier 1: ...........................Fire------------------------------------Normal
    ............................|....................|.............................. ....|...................|
    Tier 2:...............Pastel----------Normal..........................Pastel---------Normal
    ....................|............|.........|............|..................|.... ........|......|..............|
    Tier 3:......Spider------Norm...Spider-----Norm.........Spider-----Norm.....Spider----Norm

Your outcomes are: Fire Pastel Spider, Fire Pastel, Fire Spider, Fire, Pastel Spider, Pastel, Spider, and Normal.

Each of these outcomes has a 1/8 chance or 12.5%

You can just keep expanding it as need be and it's really easy to just map out by hand.
