well im selling a pair of 07 normal boas i plan on getting $150 but i wanted to know what to get first pastel male ball python to make pewters, second 1.1 pair of 100% het orange ghost ball pythons, third genetic striped male boa trying to make genetic striped snows, fourth salmon 50% het albino boas.Seeing that this is a ball python site i see more people voting for ball pythons.

Well it depends, what do you have in your collection already? Personally I don't think you can go wrong with a nice looking pastel. I've even seen some proven breeder males around for about $150. I'd think you'd have a hard time finding a pair of het ghosts though for that price. Most of them that I've seen have been running in the 200-250 range for a pair.

Here's a link to some pictures of ghosts:

See, you ask on a Ball Python forum and you end up with biased answers.

Go with the genetic stripe because it will make better offspring. Yeah yeah pastels are cool, yeah yeah orange ghosts are awesome, but a genetic stripe snow boa? Dude that would just be amazing. then you could just sell them off and get loads of money off them and get Balls later, no problem.

I said pastel ball! They are gorgeous and there is so much you can do with them! Plus I don't know anything about boas, so it was between the het ghosts and the pastel :D
