    What heating method gives you the best gradient heat in a rack system:

    Belly heat?

    Back heat?

    Dual side radiant?

    I personally prefer belly heat in any room.

    I agree. I find that if the ambient temperature in the room is above 70, you won't have a problem with any of the configurations. My advice is to start with a warm room first. This is important regardless of what snakes/other reptiles you keep.

    I use flexwatt belly heat.
