    T-stat issues
I just recently got a ranco from someone on the boards.. I was wondering if anyone has this problem:

Every thermometer and other t-stat I have says I have the temps at 80degrees for my ambient.. by every i mean both my digi thermometers and my helix. How ever my ranco says it's 86 degrees. but i have it in a glass of cold water and the temp in the water is 71 degrees according to my other thermometers and my helix. why is the ranco reading 86 still? It will not go below that.

I mean it raises when heat raises and lowers when it temp lowers but never lowers to the correct temp.. has anyone had this issue.

I went onto google and accoding to the directions i saw I have it set right..
