In their seperate tubs my female is fine and never makes a sound but when i move her and the male to the breeding tub she starts to wheeze like she has a respiratory infection. Why is this?

Are you sure she's not hissing?

Does she only do it when you're around to pick her up/move her?
Does she do it with her mouth open?
If she's doing it constantly with her mouth open, it's possibly an RI.
If she only does it when you're moving her, it's hissing.
