    Breeding my Bumblebee to what?
Hi everyone, I have just bought my very first BP, a female bumblebee. I want to immediately start looking for a male for future breeding. I like the looks of Lesser Platinums and want to know if they make good breeding combos with bumblebees?

    Thanks,
    Gary

She is an 08 baby I bought from RC Reptiles. I want to get my male 08 now and raise them together and eventually breed them for fun. Since I am new to ball pythons, I want to get a good combo that will produce some nice interesting babies. I just happened on this forum and figured this is a good place to start. I have kept Australian Pythons on and off since I was a teenager and this is my first ball. My wife and son wanted something they could hold and I got hooked on them. Hope you experts here can help me.

I would wait another year to purchase a male, it won't need as long to reach breeding age. That will save you some money, and maybe open up more options for you.

    Gary,
I think you are on the right track:gj:.A lesser platinum is a great choice for a male the lesser X bee pairing has the potential to produce some amazing snakes for you! If you have the extra $ try and find a pastel Lesser platty and you have the potential to get super pastels, killer bees and Super pastel lesser platty!! Just my 2cents though...
