Anyone use ivermectin orally for their rats? I've been thinking of breeding and picked up a cute little weaned rat with feeders yesterday. Of course, it has mites. Tiny little dark specks in her fur that are blood filled when you smash them.
I've read that a rice sized dose of ivermectin (horse wormer) once a week for 3 weeks will do the trick.
Anyone use anything different?
