    a quick question
    Hey,
I've been noticing lately, since I found marley again, that at night he spends a lot of his time poking his head around, trying to find a way out. it wouldn't bother me as much if he was just cruising around, but he pushes on the cover of his tub, enough that he lifts it a few cms if I don't have the weight I use on top of it.

My question is do you think this could be do to him being stressed out? Or maybe he just got a taste for freedom in the month and a half he was gone. He's eating fine, temps are steady at 78-80 and 88-90. humidity is good. 2 hides, all that good stuff. He is in a pretty big tub though, the one thing I've been thinking of changing. Its probably like a 48- or 50 qt. He's a 2 year old male, not sure of weight.

so let me know what you guys think.
    thanks
    Chad

Sounds stressed out. You could try downsizing the tub or adding crumpled up newspaper for added security.

I think it is natural for BPs to explore and try to escape. I wouldn't be too concerned. If he was out doing that during the day I would think maybe he is stressed, but not at night when it is their natural time to be out and about.
