New mum, when should they shed
I have four bp hatchlings and all seem to be doing fine, the first one hatched on the 8th Oct and the last one on the 15th, I was wondering how long before they should shed I have checked them and none are showing any signs of shedding, is this normal.

Also once they have shed when should I try to start feeding them.

Have you got them on some damp paper towels? I had one hatch completely out the eggs today and I put him/her on the damp paper towel. It is supposed to be like 10 days after they are born that they shed. As far as eating goes I would try after they shed. Some people do it differently and everyone has different methods but these are mine. Dont take them as gospel. Also if I am wrong please let me know cause I am new to this also. Hope this helped.

i have heard that they shed anywhere from 5-10 days and then you offer them a small meal. and i also read that you do use damp paper towels. i have not had any hatchlings yet but this just coming from my research.

yes they are on damp pamper towel, maybe the little one is taking a little longer as it is a runt and needed help getting out of the egg as well.
