Average size?

i keep reading posts and internet sites where the male is between 700-1000 grams and only 2-3 feet long. I have a male that is 1200g and 3'4'' and he is not fat...is this normal or could the vet have misjudged the sex PS looks very different tail length whys from my female.

I've always heard 3 - 4 feet for the guys, 4-6 for the gals or so.

If you look on here you will see people with males as big or bigger than yours.

Was it a herp vet? If it wasn't I would get it double checked anyways if you can find any herp vets or reptile breeders around you.
