    first timer!!!
    ok today i started droping the temps on our rack i started with 5 degrees and then in a few days i will go to 10 degrees. when should i introduce the male. oh he ate a big meal today should i let it digest a while before i introduce them together.

    id give him a day or two then introduce him... thats what I have been doing...

    Look at your weather forcast. Best to introduce them like a day before a low front comes through. Also if he is not a proven breeder be ready for a lot of patience. It has been 21 days since we started introducing the males. 3 days on 3 days off two of the three pairings have locked every time. One pairing has not shown any signs of locking yet.

    Proven male X unproven female = Lock :gj:
    Unproven male X unproven female = lock :gj:
    Unproven male X proven female = no signs :tears:

    well hell lol we are going through a cool front now. he is proven male he sired 3 crutches for adam last year (i think). the female is a 3200 gram virgin. i plan on introducing them tomorrow. will that work?????

    ok this morning we did our first pairing of them. also for some reason the past few days she has been spilling her water it seems like minutes after i clean her tub and put in fresh water she spills it she has never done that before. do yall think she is wrapping her bowl or something along those lines.
