    Feeding question for young snake
    Hi,

I just got my ball python a few days ago. He's already eaten f/t 3 times, but I haven't tried yet. Last feeding was a fuzzy, but I have a few pinkies I need to get rid of.

Can I substitute 2 pinkies for one fuzzy? What's the best way to go about doing that?

I don't see why you couldn't offer it to him. Whether he'll want it or not is a different story, but there's nothing wrong with offering two smaller prey in exchange for one larger prey.

When I offer two prey items, I give one, wait until it's swalled completely, and then offer the other. It usually takes 15 minutes or so in between. I go into the other room and pop in once in a while to see if she's ready for seconds.
