I know Im not the only member....
Is it just me or does it seem that the General BPs forum has turned into the Husbandry forum. I dont want to sound like a jerk but I was under the impression that husbandry related questions such as feeding, shedding, housing, ect were not supposed to be addressed in the General page. Any thoughts?

Sometimes they do get put in the wrong place. If you see such a thread, feel free to point it out to the staff. Most of the time it's just started in the wrong place, and we forget to double check which forum it's in.

I thought General BP meant anything relating to BPs could be discussed here? Is it really that big of a deal?

I dont really think its a big deal I just feel that people tend to look at the general bp forum for stuff other than husbandry and if new members are posting husbandry related stuff in the general forum, the people that actually place their questions in the husbandry section might get overlooked bc the general forum has turned into a free-for-all. For me it's more of a pet peeve than anything serious

tell me what kind of BP threads have no pictures, are not related to husbandry, and don't mention morphs or breeding. General BP would be much less inactive if we were more stringent about what belonged there :D

    frankly I couldn't care less.

Also remember for a lot of newbies, this is their first forum. They're not familiar with posting. Sometimes it ends up being a subject that could fall within a couple different categories and the member just picks one.

I agree that this information needs to be categorized correctly, because it makes it that much easier for others to find that information in searches in the future.

Although some stuff may seem like it belongs in the husbandry forum, some do not. I had a question I wanted to post earlier about why does my larger female always lay in her bowl when she does not have mites and the temps are right on? Where do you think that would go? Its not really about taking care of my python, its just a general what do you think question.

I think it would go okay in either, but I would most likely put it in general.
