Well, I had to hit the petstore for more mice, and checked the rats out while I was back there. I found a rex American blue male with nice white markings on his mouth, a russian blue male (irish) and a black rex girl. For right now, the girly is alone, but we'll remedy that once we find a friend for her and the new girl goes through quarantine. I'm also on a waiting list for a siamese girl, another rex girl (or another siamese, depending on what the litter throws) and a hairless dumbo male. I have a friend who works at the petshop keeping an eye out for more interesting rats, mainly dumbos.
