Re: Logo creation software.
Well ... I have some way of getting the online services to do what you want. The catch is that what my tricks are .. may or may not be legal.
See, that is what sucks about having knowledge on all the technology. I know how to make websites and computer give me what I want, but I have to follow rules!
Stupid rules .. what with their fancy haircuts and delicious breads!

Re: Logo creation software.
What I use isn't free, but it's less than $100 for an excellent program. It's called PhotoImpact by Ulead. Very similar to Photoshop and will do lots of really fun stuff.
Re: Logo creation software.
If you want just a free graphics program ... I think I may have one for ya!

Re: Logo creation software.
There's always GIMP also. It can be a little confusing at first, but it's just as powerful as photoshop, and it's free. :gj: www.gimp.org
Re: Logo creation software.
Another vote for gimp... it's only confusing if you're already accustomed to another program.
Re: Logo creation software.
Could Photoshop elements possible work? I've only ever used the full photoshop, so don't know whats in the elements, but it can be had for not much.

I'd say it would be more confusing if you've never used an image editing program, just because EVERYTHING is new to you. At least when you're accustomed to another program you've got a pretty good idea of what everything does. It's just figuring out where stuff is in that case.
Re: Logo creation software.
It was the first one I ever used, but then again I do learn very fast. My husband uses Photoshop for most things and is very frustrated by GIMP because it's not what he's used to.
Re: Logo creation software.
Much appreciated everyone.
Now I need to do some homework and figure all this stuff out.
Thanks!
David :)
