Need website opinions please

I need your opinions please! :) I am putting together a new site and cannot decide which format to use. Soooooo, I'll let you all decide for me! :gj: Which do you prefer? Feedback quite welcome. Thanks!!
First: Completely in Flash

I like your Flash version

The second version has a ginormous background...big load times I would guess.

The flash version I would like to see in an HTML version. I think it's clean, well organized nad easy to navigate :gj:

I find flash hard to work with but I love the things you can do with it. Hm, nice idea about an html version

I voted for the second one mainly because it's html. As far as appearance goes though, the first one definitely looks better. Make it in html and you're golden. :gj: I'm just biased against full flash websites. ;)

I agree, Flash layout on HTML page. I prefer HTML to Flash myself.

I vote HTML. Sometimes flash is buggy (especially switching os's). HTML is pretty much guaranteed to work on anyones computer. :3
I would shove some CSS in there to make it a little more aestetically pleasing :D

Flash layout converted in html. I hate flash, its good for a few banners and whatnot but over all degrades a site IMO

If someone is checking out the site on a handheld (iphone or smartphone) html will work great. When i go to a site with the option, I always pick html for some reason.
