Bug sprays?

Not sure if you guys know this or not, but I am in the basement area of a house. Recently there have been crickets chirping all night and I want to get rid of them by spraying some bug stuff. Are there any that are safe for my BP or should I just not spray near him at all?

I don't think I would risk it. I think there is stuff that you can put on the floor next to the walls that they will walk through and die. That is if you don't have any other pets that could be effected by this. :confused:

I'm going to be spraying the whole basement wall lining. Not just whenever I see the bugs.

I could try the bait stations before I try the insecticide.
