my cats

These are my bengals. They are Paris and Fergie (wife named them) and they are almost 2yrs old. They can be a handful sometimes, but they are pretty good for the most part. Here are a couple of pictures. I thought they would be larger than what they have become because the father was HUGE!! They are just average size.

Fergie - She still lays like that all the time. I think because she is getting pretty fat and is cooling off. We call her fat cat mostly now.

we have a couple of bengals too....I'll never want any other kind of cat again since they are so much fun!

Awww!!! They are gorgeous! I wouldn't mind having one, but I've heard they can be quite the handfuls. That, and I don't have the money for one :rofl:

They're gorgeous! I love bengals! How big are they, exactly? Hard to tell from the pics. Do you have current weights on them?

I never even thought about weighing them as much as I weigh my ball python. LOL!!

They are the size of a average domestic house cat. Paris (the skinny one) is about 8.5lbs, and Fergie (the fat one) is right at 10lbs. The father was 20+lbs and the mother was 15lbs. My brother got a marble female from the same litter and she is really small. I bet she's not more that 6lbs.

I thought bengals usually get bigger than that! They're both still bigger than my 5lb Siamese mix, though!

I don't remember but I think he was either F3 or just a really amazing looking F4. He was the size of a small/medium dog. Maybe like the size of a basset hound?? He was gorgeous but really dark. He almost looked maroon with huge black rosettes. I wish I had a picture of him. I'll have to dig around and see if I can find one.

I will never own another cat unless it's a bengal. I would love to have a snow bengal one day. They are a hanfull though. Ours love to climb everything, insist on knocking anything that's on the coffee table off, and no matter what.... if you leave a drink out, you will either find them drinking out of it, or find it on the floor and they will be batting around the ice from your cup. Ours are pretty vocal, but only when we first get home, or if they are out of food or something. Other than that They are the best.
