UPDATE: burned snake

Just wanted to let you guys know how Phoenix is doing (the snake that was burned by the CHM a month or so ago).
He/She is doing great, just had a PERFECT shed! The scabs have all come off and now he has a really smooth white spot. (BTW, Do scales grow back on scar tissue?) Here are some photos I took of him the other day:

wow.... it must been really bad burn. Glad he is doing okay. congrats on getting perfect shed!

I think scales grow back on scar tissue, but I could be wrong. Burns usually leave a scar, so maybe the scales grow back funny looking.

The scales may grow back completely black or completely white, or grey.

Ahh, ok, that's kind of what I was thinking since the scales around the scar are grey.
