Barometric Pressure Links with Breeding
Alright, so everyone says that it's best to put the male in with a female right before a low pressure front hits. Has anybody noticed any connection between the actual barometric measure and the liklihood of a lock taking place? I mean, is it that the lower the low, the more likely a lock is to take place?
Just curious about whether anybody records the barometric pressure at the time of observing locks, too. Just a thought!
Re: Barometric Pressure Links with Breeding
When a storm comes in or a really good cold front balls tend to get more "FRISKY". I can not speak for anyone else but I see more actions during these fronts. I hate watching the weather channel but when its breeding season I am glued to it. LOL
