Don't know if i should worry
    Hey guys,

I've had a bp for a little over a year now..hes about year and half out. He's usually very elusive during the day which is normal. This past week hes been out crusing back and forth in the cage for hours. Today he started roaming around his cage at like 7pm...it is now 12 am and he is still out and about..he has yet to go in his hide. He has never done this before ever. I thought he might be hungry so I tried feeding him and he didn't have any interest in it whatso ever. This is the first time he has ever refused to eat.
I guess this is what u guys would call "stress"

I know u guys are gonna ask about my husbandry so....
    20 Long
    newspaper substrate
UTh's on both sides both controlled by 2 different thermostats
    80 cool 90-91 hot side
    humidity is 60.

I dunno. I know i shouldn't worry cause it is probably nothing..but I've never seen him do anything like this before..hes been tryin to escape for the past 5 hours and hes still going at it.

    Any thoughts?

My males act that way when they got mating on their mind.
Sounds like he's at that age.

I have a male that age too, same thing. He is actually still up and about. He escaped his tub last night and I found him sitting next too my little females tub, like a stalker. He also figured out how to push his tub out of the rack(for all you who don't think it can happen, well it can.) I don't know how but it did. I think he just wants to.... bow chicka wow wow. if ya know what I mean

interesting... he finally decided to give up at like 3 in the morning. He slept with his head in one hide and his butt in the one on the other side completely stretched out in the cage....weird..I opened up the top and touched him and he let out this loud hiss...thats a first for me. at first I thought he or I had let out one of those silent but deadly farts..lol I dunno.

One thing I observed is that my crested gecko tank is right next to my bp tanks. Both cresties were hugging the wall of the tank staring at him..and i guess he caught a glimpse of them and got iterested..i took out my oldest female crestie Reptar and held him in my hand in front of my bp tanks..she jumped out of my hand and jumped right on the glass of my bp's viv and proceeded to follow him around...too funny, looks like they like each other..but I don't permit intersepcies relationships...would be some weird lookin babies
