    I was just wondering how a ball can get snake mites. where do they come from and how can my ball get them if he didnt have them when i got him and he has just been in his cage. He dosent have mites, i was just wondering how this happend. Thx :)

    Say...
    You visit a store or friend and their snakes have mites. If you handle their snakes, you pick up mites and bring them home to your house. That's one way...

    The other option I have to include is people bringing home bugs in their bedding. Honestly now, I have always believed that the mites in wood bedding are wood mites, harmless to reptiles, however not very cool to have around.

    How could ANY snake get mites is what your asking?

    I'm not sure what you mean, because I thought I had already answered that. :confused:



    Mites can infest collections, and people will sell animals infested with mites.

    You can bring them home from a show, store, etc...
