blood in fecies

Today was cleaning day and I got home from work and looked in and I see a drop of blood in my snakes stool. Could that be from the mouse? I haven't noticed it before and was curious if something could be wrong. I looked him over and I don't see anything wrong with him he's acting normal.

I'm not much of a snake expert but I do knwo human physiology. In humans if the blood is sort of mixed in with the stool then the problem is in the gastrointestinal tract; ulsers and damage to the tract itself like a cut are examples of possible causes and normally need to be repaired by surgery. If the blood is more separate than it normally means there is a fissure which is like a split in the anus; caused by passing large objects accedentally eaten, large hard bowel movements, and sodomy.

In snakes I really don't know, maybe they share some of these conditions, but I would recomend collecting the sample and getting it to a vet ASAP
