    shed advice.
    hi. i'm looking for some advice on a current shed from my f/ball python she had good clean shed except there was some blood around the vent area this is the first time i've seen this. just wondering if anybody else has had this happen to their snake should i see a vet or is this fairly common .this is my first ball some avie would be great thanks

    . But they do sometimes tend to start the shed by rubbing their heads aginst stuff and could have just caught a corner of a hide or something. Not sure what ur setup is like so that is just an opinion. Hope this helps.:gj:

    It is fairly common for this to happen during shed around the vent area.
    Does everything look normal now? No bleeding?
