Boa PMS?

aka Boa Pre Monthly Shed...
even tho im sure its not monthly :D

So Mira is like hissing at me, when i go to change her water, and stuff... im not worried... i pet her and she was chill she just didnt want to be held...
if i get bit, i get bit, so im not scared of her... im just wondering if it is normal for them to be totally off their normal attitude?

normally i go in and pick her up, almost daily, because its way easier to spot clean and stuff when the slug isnt in there...
but i couldnt last weekend, cause she hissed at me... so yeah...

Naile shed about 2 weeks ago, it was awesome, all in one piece, i had some friends over, and they wanted to hold her, but she still hadnt shed her tail... so i helped her slide it off... and it was all in one piece :D i was very excited.

its huge... ahha

Two of my boas don't really choose to tolerate any human interaction with them when they are in blue. It's cool; I just leave them be.

my girl does the same thing. when she sheds she wants nothing to do wit me and she lets me know by hissing non stop or taggin me. hopefully she grows out of it a little cuz i dont wanna have to mess with her while shes pms'n at 9 ft. :rofl:
