    Ok well it has been a month and my ball python still is trying to bite me ... Though i haven't actually got bitten yet (fast reflexes:P)

    Is it a baby still? Just got to keep holding it and the little one will come around trust me, But dont hold it to much you can stress it out and just reverse the process. hope this helps

    Well i guess she has gotten a little better from when i got her.Maybe she is just a nippy one?H Oh and how long do you think it will take for her to calm down a bit.

    Could be sooner could be later. Just handle it for 5-10 minutes every couple of days, slowly increasing the frequency and amount to 15 minutes every day over the course of a month or so. It will calm down.

    Babys are nippier than adults tend to be. Its from being "food" to everything out there. Just because you haven't eaten her yet doesn't mean you won't be hungry next time and gobble her up.
    That said, being patient doesn't ALWAYS pay off either. Sometimes you just have a bitey snake.
    If it's just a baby though, just be patient.
