Business Insurance for Breeders

I plan to start my BP breeding business in the near future. It will be run out of my apartment (which I rent) for the first year or two, and then either a home that I purchase, or secure warehouse space.

However, I would like to purchase some form of insurance that would protect my collection should anything happen (theft, fire, etc.).

Does anyone out there know of a good company that offers this type of insurance to reptile breeders?

I am aware of renters insurance, but I am not sure if it will cover live animals.
