quick question

I recently moved my male BP into a bigger sterlite. I also got him 2 new hides, I noticed the hide on the hot side was building up a small amount of moister on the inside, just wondering if this was okay.

is the substrate wet? or damp?

for some reason it sorta feels like it is under the cool side hide, but its dry on the hot side. its just the sides or the inner hide thats got some buildup
