    Incense and snakes?
Should I not burn incense in the room my snakes are in? My snakes are in my bedroom with me, and I usually burn incense, but I'd of course stop burning if it were bad for the snakes.

I wouldn't do it. My philosophy is...If i don't know i don't do it...as far a what can and cannot happen near the snakes. It might not cause any problem other than respitory irritation, but i would not take the chance.

Yeah, I'd rather not irritate my snakes respiratory system. Even just a little bit. I guess incense is now OUT of this household. lol

As soon as I started keeping snakes I stopped burning incense. Snakes are sensitive to airborne things, including smoke, and I don't want any chances taken.

Now, I burn scented soy candles. They're wonderfully fragrant and don't put off any smoke. :)

What, no rat/mouse candle? pre-scent the room but empty the house.

Considering that most incense is just wood chips dipped in perfume... UGH... I wouldn't burn it personally.
