    Male breeder question
I have 2 males in my breeding colony. One of them has very large testicles and the other one doesnt... The asf that doesnt have big testicles is bigger than the other... Im going to feed one off but I dont know what one to feed off.... I dont want to make the wrong choice and have a male that cant produce or somthing...

Do males testicles shrink when they are getting busy?

LOL! hard question... I would go with the one with bigger testicles.... No scientific reason, was a jock in High School and College so it appears to be common sense to me... :gj

In this case, size counts.

All kidding aside, normally a sexually active male rat's testicles tend to grow even bigger as he breeds more females so I always pick the young males with.....ummmm.....lots to offer so they are (gawd this is hard to say in a family friendly manner ) "well equipped" for the job ahead.
