    Finally!
Getting this semester of school started has been VERY confusing, but I finally got into the veterinary technology program at MCC todday! I'm so ready for it, the classes after this semester are going to be insanely though but I'm excited to finally be going to classes I will actually be interested in!

The fun part is I have an Equine special projects class where I will hopefully be able to go on house calls with my old equine vet, and I will have 4 internships!

    120 hours small animal practice
    120 hours large animal practice
    60 hours emergency/60 hours specialty
    120 hours of my choice

I won't be doing any internships until the end of next semester (my first internship will be over the summer), but I'm so excited about it! I've already taken 3 full time semesters taking my core classes and most of the entry level required classes for the program, and although I have enjoyed some of them I'm glad to finally be getting down to business!

    Woohoo!

Congrats. It really makes all the difference, when you actually like the classes your taking. :gj:

Congrats!! That sounds like a lot of hard work, but fun at the same time. Good luck.
