When Life DOESN'T Give You Lemons

It gives you healthy normals! These are from Winston's second clutch that was four healthy eggs and two boobs. No pastels. :(

The ball gods were rough on me this year. Out of ten pastel eggs (from two clutches) I got 1.1 lemon pastels and 4.4 normals. Out of my possy het clown clutch, I got 3.1. That means I'm going to have an awesome '08/'09 season - right? :D

What's interesting about this clutch, is all four have this cool starburst marking on their heads which will be easier to see after they shed:

Yes it does. Congrats on the beautiful babies.

p.s. I am taking a hit this year for some of the great luck we have had in past years. Not all bad, but some bad ratios, when I want the other sex, and a few bad odds. But so far, we have hatched nothing but healthy animals, and I'll take those every day.

Geez, those are some rough odds. I'm sure next year you'll more than make up for it though. :hug:
